Posting of Contributions and Service Credit to Member Accounts
Due to the Workday implementation, there is a delay in posting SCERS contributions and service credit to member accounts. Please allow up to two weeks from the pay date for your account to be updated. This does not impact your interest nor your SCERS benefits calculations.
Updates to an active employee’s home phone number in Workday will automatically update the home phone number on file at SCERS. Updates to a rehired retiree’s personal information (e.g. name, address, phone, email address) in Workday will no longer automatically update the information on file at SCERS. Rehired retirees will need to submit a contact change form from the SCERS website or MSS portal.
