The Office of Labor Standards works to advance the Race and Social Justice Initiative (RSJI), a commitment to eliminate racial disparities and achieve racial equity in Seattle.

Through the Racial Equity Toolkit (RET) and RSJI Outcomes, Strategies and Actions (ROSA), OLS identifies racial inequities within our office’s policies and practices and creates solutions.

The OLS Change Team also supports the department’s RSJI efforts and guides work plan implementation.
