Where Our Laws Apply
OLS has jurisdiction within Seattle city limits. If your situation does not qualify for investigation, we will refer you to another agency for help.

The Central Building is at the corner of Third Avenue and Marion Street in downtown Seattle and is wheelchair accessible.
Public Transportation
Any bus that travels on Third Avenue passes by the Central Building. We are located one block away from the Pioneer Square station if traveling through the Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel or on Sound Transit Link Light Rail. For bus information, visit King County Metro Trip Planner or One Bus Away.
Parking
Members of the public attending the City on official business will find several accessible parking stalls at the Sea-Park Parking Garage, located at 609 Sixth Avenue, which serves as the official parking garage for the City.
The SeaPark Parking Garage is located directly south of Seattle Municipal Tower and is adjacent to the Justice Center Building. Individuals with disabilities may use the walkway from the garage to the rear of the Justice Center. The parking rates may vary depending upon when you arrive.
